Sponge Pandan Cake Homemade

You know why I make this kind of cake? Because I am a good girlfriend haha. Alex request me to make this sponge cake. I get the recipe from Seow Lee and thanks for helped me also jie :)



 Yolk


Egg white (Attention : make sure the bowl is dry, this is the most important thing to make the cake success)

Sugar, Oil, Low protein flour, milk and pandan paste

 Whip the egg white with sugar (make sure the bowl and mixer is dry)





Yolk mix with oil

 And mix with milk

Put the flour























Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree


Take out and make it cool
